SEATTLE’S NEWEST HOME FOR LIVE MUSIC

MORE MUSIC, MORE MEMORIES
Seattle is one of the world’s great music cities, and this venue is designed to support its continued growth. The 5,500-capacity space is tailored for artists at a key stage in their careers — between theaters and arenas — with a purpose-built environment that reflects the needs of modern touring productions. In addition to concerts, the venue will host special events throughout the year, including programming and activations on game days.

Located in Seattle’s SODO Neighborhood
Located in Seattle’s SODO neighborhood near the stadium district, the purpose-built venue is an addition to the existing Boxyard development, expanding the facility that already welcomes thousands of guests at Hatback Bar & Grill and Steelheads Alley each year, plus a wide range of events at Victory Hall including weddings, private events, watch parties and more. Our goal is to create a space that supports artists and adds to Seattle’s music legacy.

SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY
This project is expected to generate significant economic activity for Seattle and the SODO neighborhood, supporting local businesses, workers and tourism.
700 New Jobs
$129 Million Annual Economic Impact
“It’s great to see new energy and investment behind Seattle’s live music and entertainment scene. This venue will create another important space for artists and audiences, while bringing more fans, more economic activity, and more support for nearby businesses. It also shows how Seattle can enhance our iconic entertainment district while harmonizing with the working waterfront and industrial lands that help define the city.” – Joe Nguyen, President and CEO of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce
“I appreciate the opportunity for early coordination as plans for this project take shape. That kind of engagement helps our region capture the benefits of new investment, while thoughtfully upholding priorities for freight mobility, the working waterfront, and the critical jobs that keep our economy moving. I look forward to continued collaboration as this proposal develops.” - Ryan Calkins, Port of Seattle Commission President
